About this house rental
This family chalet, designed for 8 people, features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3 double beds and 2 sets of bunk beds can accommodate a group of friends, a large family, or 2 families. The spacious living room, dining area with a fireplace (wood provided), office corner, and mezzanine allow everyone to find their own space. The wooden interior and the split-level architecture create a unique and cozy atmosphere. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and internet. A storage room with both indoor and outdoor access is available for storing bikes, skis, or other equipment.
Located on a large wooded plot at the edge of the hamlet of Martiniére, heading towards the Col de Porte (well-cleared road in winter), 3 km from the village, shops, and ski resorts, it offers an unobstructed view of most of the Chartreuse peaks and ideal sunshine. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun or shade for most of the day.
Parking space for several vehicles. The property is not fenced, but the vegetation provides good privacy from the road and neighboring properties without obstructing the view. Marked walking trails are nearby (on foot, snowshoes, mountain bikes).
The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Nous avons passé un très bon wee-end en famille au Chal'Heureux. Il offre une ambiance très "montagne", des espaces intérieurs "cosy" et d'autres extérieurs, une cuisine bien équipée, des salles de bain agréables... Il faut être bien valide pour affronter tous les escaliers, mais il y a des rampes.

Chalet très agréable, très convivial pour un séjour à 8 adultes. On se sent dans une maison de famille, très personnalisée, bien équipée et avec une architecture intérieure originale, sur 5 demi niveaux mais où tout communique. Le paysage environnant était tout couvert de neige, ambiance hiver.
