About this chalet rental
This spacious newly built cottage in Val-des-Monts(Quebec) and your next vacation are the perfect match! It is completely surrounded by nature and is located in front of the famous McGregor Lake. You will have the opportunity to do lots of nature activities in the surrounding area - hiking, skiing/cross-country skiing, bird watching, kayaking, canoeing, tree-to-tree, nature skating and a maze on the water. Perfect also for relaxing with family or friends on the lakefront!

- large windows bringing the view to the lake which makes the house very warm and bright
- 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds = total of 8 people)
- 1 well-equipped bathrooms (with a large shower and a large bath perfect for bubble baths. Contains all the necessities: necessary towels, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel!) + 1 shower room
- a bright and pretty living room with fireplace, smart TV and board games to liven up your evenings!
- a washer and dryer
This cottage-house has all the necessary equipment for daily living. Decorated with softness and attention, this cottage-house is perfectly located 1 minute walk from McGregor Lake - perfect for beautiful moments with family and friends! :) One thing is for sure, the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to host your best meals in good company
**To have access to the DOCK and disembarkation by BOAT, you must go to Pelissier Beach which is only 3 minutes from the house by car: Plage Pélissier, Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 1M2.** You have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful weather in nature! Note that access to the lake is shared with other cottages in the neighborhood. . + for SWIMMING go to Lac Saint-Pierre 1214 Rte Principale, Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 2K7. (8 min only by car)
*Please note: you will see a patio that connects the two semi-detached houses but you do not have access to it. There is no outdoor landscaping at the moment
*Please note that due to the steps of the chalet, the accommodations are not wheelchair accessible. In addition, pets are not allowed in the chalets or on the site.

We enjoyed our stay. There are more than enough beds for the five of us and beds are very comfortable and clean. Owner advised guests to not wear shoes in the house, which we did, but we felt the floor was a little sticky in the main area. Kitchen needs a rug because if you fry eggs, the oil spatters, I need to use wet paper towel to clean the splatters. Both coffee makers feel plastic, if they can be replaced by better grades ones, will be much better. The sofa beds in living room are great ideas to provide even more space for guests to sleep, but the sofa is too low and lack cushions, not very comfortable to sit on. The house has plenty of lights which is good. I expect a little more with the per night rental amount of this vacation home.

Neat and clean, finding address was little challenging, but house owner is very nice & responded even it was late night, Thank you .. It was beautiful place to stay ..
