This beautiful, newly built (November 2022) cottage with a view of and access to Lake McGregor and 4 bedrooms, located in Val-des-Monts, is the perfect place for your next vacation! The perfect destination in the Outaouais (Quebec) for your next getaway or vacation, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby—hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing, birdwatching, kayaking, canoeing, tree-to-tree adventure, outdoor skating, and a water maze.
This cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for daily life. Decorated with care and attention to detail, this cottage is perfectly located just a 1-minute walk from Lake McGregor—perfect for wonderful moments with family and friends! :) One thing is certain: the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to host your best meals in good company.

- 4 comfortable bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed each, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds = sleeps a total of 10 people)
- 2 well-equipped bathrooms (1 with a large shower and a big tub perfect for bubble baths, and 1 with a large shower—both have all the necessary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel!) + 1 half-bath
- a bright and charming living room with a fireplace, smart TV, and board games to liven up your evenings!

You can walk down the street to reach the lake—there’s a playground, an area with several chairs, and a shared space for campfires. *To access the DOCK and BOAT launch, you’ll need to go to Pelissier Beach, which is only a 3-minute drive from the house: Pelissier Beach, Val-des-Monts, QC J8N 1M2 *. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy the beautiful weather in nature! Please note that access to the lake is shared with other cottages in the neighborhood.
**Please note that due to the steps leading up to the cottage, the property is not wheelchair accessible. Additionally, pets are not allowed in the cottages or on the property.

We only used the place to sleep at night and make dinner the night we arrived. There is plenty of space and the kitchen was quite well equipped. We did not try out the dock as we had family about 5min away on the lake. When the A/C stopped working they were very quick to answer and help resolve it (it was just a breaker so easily fixed). We would stay there again if visiting family
