About this villa rental
Romantic, inspiring Mediterrean style villa, amongst the beauty of the mountains and seascapes, with portico for dining, pergola for cocktails and shaded sitting area amongst gardens 160sqm indoor and 120 sqm outdoor space. Please note that to reach the villa there is a pedestrian road roughly 200 meters followed by 160 steps.
The steps are not consecutive they are interrupted by narrow lanes lined by olive trees. We assure porter service on arrival and departure to carry your luggage. The beautiful views, peace and privacy are well worth the effort (said by our guests see reviews) The villa has a spacious, bright lounge and dining room, 40sqm, large window and two French windows leading to the Dolce Vita Terrace. It has comfortable sofas, smart tv with Netflix table and six chairs.
The kitchen is also spacious and bright, large window and French doors leading to the terrace. It is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave oven, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle. It also has a breakfast area with table and chairs. It also has the essentials, coffe, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar salt, pepper and other herbs. The Dolce Vita terrace has dining area, sunbeds, long bench, flower bed, plants and flowers. It leads to the pergola surounded with gardens. Upstairs the 2 bedrooms are also comfortable and bright with French windows leading to the upstairs Liberty Terrace, with table, 2 chairs and 2 stylish benches. The Cottage a small apartment with bedroom, small lounge, bathroom and small kitchen is on the lower floor. It has Italian architecture and a shabby chic style. It is also very bright with French window leading to the Shabby terrace with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs. There is also a laundry with washing machine, soap and drying rack available. We will meet you personally on arrival, to accompany you to the villa giving you information and advice of the area. where to go and what to do. We are always available during your stay usually through Whatsapp to anwer any questions or assistance. In short distance there are 2 restaurants, 2 supermarkets. bus stop for bus around town. to the beach or bus to nearby Positano. There is also a bar and atm machine where you can withdraw cash. We also have parking space for one car on the main road in walking distance without further charge. For longer stays we give free weekly cleaning. We can organize private transfer from airport, train station. Boat trips. and Chef for special dinner in villa.

We just wrapped up our favorite trip of all time and Daniele and Villa Poesia played a tremendous part in making it so special. We loved staying in Praiano as home base. Convenient to Positano and other Amalfi Coast towns without the crowds and yet so beautiful in its own right. We loved staying in or enjoying nearby restaurants like Africana and il Pirata (location of my son’s engagement!) Villa Poesia is stunning and very comfortable. We cooked dinner in the villa a couple of nights, enjoyed time together on the patio with a pool and breathtaking view. We even watched while Matthew McConaghey was filming in the water below! A lot of stairs but Daniele made a porter available to us to help with our luggage. And we didn’t feel guilty eating so well! Daniele was also available throughout our visit to answer questions and offer suggestions. Once you get to Villa Poesia, the view is worth every step. Heaven on earth! We highly recommend!

The villa was amazing! There were a lot of steps and Praiano was a quiet town, but the views from the villa are breathtaking! The villa itself is lovely and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

The Villa is large, comfortable, and could not be more beautiful or more meticulously maintained by Daniele, your host. The photos do not do it justice and the view is more than incredible. The AC units all work perfectly and we were always comfortable. Whatever you may need for your stay, Daniele has already thought about it. If you need a driver from the Airport or Train Station to the Villa, he's got that covered. Want to rent a captain and boat for a special day on the water? He's got the connections. Everything we ever asked of him, he delivered, and then some. He is 100% reliable and a man of his word, a rare commodity these days. Excellent restaurants right down the stairs, especially Kasai with its incredible views and amazingly great cuisine. My only words of caution are the many stairs one must climb to reach the villa. If you have mobility issues, find another rental. However, if you are in good shape, and climbing over 100 steps up to reach the villa is not a problem for you, and you are looking for a relaxing, top notch, private Villa to stay at on the Amalfi coast, then look no further. This place is gorgeous! (PS: There are porters to bring your luggage up and down the stairs when you arrive and leave, so that is not an issue.) Well, this stay will be in my memory forever. This Villa is a dream come true. It gave me the ultimate experience of Italy & the Amalfi Coast. Nestled in the most quaint & quiet neighborhood with views that will move you and stay with you forever. The place is pristine. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful layout & enormous outdoor patio area. I will be returning for sure. Julietta is an excellent host, making sure all your needs are met. She helped with a driver from the airport & porter to carry your bags up, as well as any information you may need to get around the area. I was so grateful. There are many steps to get to this gem & the priceless view, but I appreciated that. I ate pasta, pizza & gelato everyday and was thrilled when I got home to find I didn't gain any weight. Bonus.
I also feel in love with Praiano. It has wonderful beaches and a lovely quaint town. It was the perfect place to stay, then do day trips to Capri, Positano, Sorrento, Ravello, etc. There is a wonderful restaurant, with insane views again, within a 10 min walk from the villa. Along with a market right there as well. I can't imagine a better place and host in the Amalfi Coast. Thank you Julietta for a 'dream come true' vacation. I will see you again for sure.
