Kiran Terrace “B101” is one townhome found in the pet-friendly Kiran Terrace Quadplex in Gulf Shores. This home has 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms that will accommodate 8 guests. Kiran Terrace Quadplex “B101” features beach views, and a large community pool and is just across the street from the sandy beaches and the sparkling waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. The East Beach Blvd location is convenient to many restaurants and attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer. For larger gatherings of up to 32 guests, book 2 or all of the other townhomes in the Kiran Terrace Quadplex, depending on your group's size!
About the Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex
* Kiran Terrace Duplex A101 and A102 are two separate units that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. A101 and A102 each have 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 10 or 20 as a whole duplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Quadplex B101, B102, B103, and B104 are four separate townhomes that can be booked individually or as a “whole”. B101, B102, B103, and B104 each have 4 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, each side sleeps 8 or 32 as a whole quadplex. All units are pet friendly, additional pet fee(s) apply.
*Kiran Terrace Duplex and Quadplex can both be rented for a total of 22 bedrooms sleeping, 52 people.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

We booked this as a last minute get away with our family and dog! It was perfect. Great location, right across from the beach and we were able to walk to many restaurants!

The property is in the perfect spot! A short walk to the beach. Snow cones shop next door. Rental shop a block away. We got e-bikes for the kids!! Lots to chose from within walking distance. Plenty of room for the family to gather for games or find a quiet spot for reading.
The only shortcoming is the lack of pantry in the kitchen. We moved some things from under the island and put it over the fridge to put groceries in that cabinet. But that worked great.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean and well prepared. We had four adults and four teens that stayed there. We fixed dinner in house two of the five nights. It’s location couldn’t be better. Literally across the street from public beach access and two blocks from the Hangout, which was the kids’ favorite. We were able to walk to all surf shops, ice cream and dinner locations. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will Definitely be back!!!!!
