This is a cute little cottage with small sofa that folds out into a full size bed and sectional downstairs and a King Master suite upstairs. It is as comfy as it looks and steps from downtown.

This is the guest house to a larger unit in front with a shared backyard.

Beware, address is 128 1/2 south summit. It is misprinted somewhere by AirBnB, but once a property is posted, THEY will not change the address once it has bookings. Again, address is 128 1/2 south summit. This home comfortably sleeps 4

Good location. Mid-range rental. Host was very quick at responding via app.Would've been nice to have a deadbolt on the door, a clean sponge at the sink and a working hairdryer. Towels smelled of smoke.We did not use pull out sofa, but it was a very small, lightweight loveseat, so can't imagine would've been good for sleeping. Nice king bed for 2, comfortable couch if needed for 1 more to sleep.Walking distance to CVS, CircleK and restaurants as well as downtown Main Street. 5 min drive to Campus/fields.
