This is a cute cozy little house that has been re-decorated recently.Although it is an older home it has been updated and has a charming feel to it. The screened in front porch the old time features make it very homey.
Guest access
This is a standalone house with a smaller rental behind it. Each rental has its own outdoor space to enjoy coffee or small meals and a fire pit that can be shared.

If you need anything please feel free to text me anytime day or night. If I am not in the area I will make sure my sons help you with anything you might need.

We were there for BGSU orientation and the property was a perfect location to the campus (walkable). We could have not asked for a better little house to stay at and had no issues or problems.

Was not happy that we came back and had to carry coolers and bags from way down the street no parking close. No room to walk around the bed in one room so had to roll across bed to get in and out of bed. Also trouble finding light switches and no garbage bags so had to use little Walmart. Ate we brought stuff in.
