ENTIRE Townhouse w/ Rooftop Access - 5 min walk to Downtown

First of all Kyle has awesome communication and this property was perfect for our stay. There are two numbered parking spaces behind the building for your personalized convenience. The neighborhood is so quiet, and located in a cul-de-sac environment. I could see the neighboring unit had occupants, but I never saw or more importantly never heard them. The neighborhood is completely residential, and felt so safe the entire time. Everything is as advertised, and the rooftop access was an amazing way to start off the day just taking in the view and fresh air. I would book this amazing space again if and when I come back to Greensboro if it’s available. Don’t hesitate in booking this unit, you absolutely get what you paid for with this rental. Thanks again Kyle for making our short trip to attend our son’s graduation from college so worry free!Oh and shopping and restaurants are a quick few minutes away-we ate at Dear Dad’s Restaurant for my Mother’s Day breakfast which is only 1/2 a mile away and it was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay

I would love to give the property 5-stars, but unfortunately we had a bit of an issue upon arrival. When we got to the unit, unfortunately it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. While it was not trashed or disgusting by any means, there were no sheets, towels, or toilet paper. The previous guests had left their garbage over flowing in the kitchen. After working with the host, we did get our cleaning fee refunded since we ended up cleaning the apartment ourselves and purchasing new sheets for beds, but not how you want to start a vacation. The property location is convenient to downtown which was nice. Things like this aren’t always at the fault of the host, but for those who maybe don’t have the means to spend the extra money on bedding and cleaning supplies, it would have been a real bummer to not have clean sheets or towels available.
