This cozy home is perfect for your work or personal trips and is 5 min. from downtown Greensboro, 7 min. from Hwy 40/85. Only 5-15 minutes away from every local college and university.

There is a slight step down from the hallway to the master bedroom. There are 4 steps from the yard up to the front door.

We were in town for a graduation. The house was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet. The host stayed in communication and was responsive to any questions we had. If the opportunity presents itself, we would stay again.

Wonderful stay, excellent communication from host. Clean and comfortable for 6 people. I wish we would have found this gem 4 years ago and not at graduation.
