The beautiful second floor villa is perfect for a family of four or a romantic couples getaway. With a westward facing patio you will be able to enjoy some of the best sunsets the Caribbean has to offer. At Villa Bougainvillea we provide all guest with an exceptional level of comfort: from watching the sunset to relaxing in a climate controlled living space. Both bedrooms, offer King beds; one of which can be converted into two twins. For the family that wishes to dine in our kitchen is stocked with nothing but the best, all modern appliances; and gas stove. In addition to everything Villa bougainvillea has to offer, you would be able to enjoy ocean views from shared lounge pool. While you're close enough to enjoy the island by foot, if you do rent a vehicle for all your island travels we do offer 1 parking space per rental.

This place is pretty, clean, spacious & beautiful view!! Great location to be able to walk to Cruz bay restaurants and pier. However, the communication with manager of property was not good! We had to figure out that there was a timer in the bathroom to be able to get hot water for a shower. However no hot water for the other bathroom or kitchen. So we couldn’t use dishwasher and had to bring hot water from the bathroom sink to be able to wash dishes. We had messaged him and also told another worker that was supposed to notify the manager. We heard nothing! It would have been awesome if we would have had a response to our problems!

Great location in walking distance of everything in Cruz bay. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great pool. Good communication with host. We did have lots of issues with water and particularly hot water throughout our stay but thankfully St. John water from the tap isn’t freezing so we survived. I would add another small sofa or chairs to the living space as seating is limited. Overall great and would actually stay here again despite the small hiccups.

Villa we stayed in was beautifully upgraded with nice appliances and everything you need for cooking and laundry. Location was great within walking distance of all the restaurants and ferry in Cruz Bay. The Villa had a beautiful view of the water and sunsets. Ample parking space if you decide to rent a vehicle. Comfortable beds, and very nice towels and toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised.

Property looks exactly like on the photos.
What you don’t see is incredible location to the center of the town. Its 5, 10 min walk to everything you need- all the bars and restaurants
Villa is fantastic. Jenny waited for us and took us to the villa. Explained everything that we needed to know and she and the property manager were quick to answer with any questions we had.
Beds are very comfortable. And there is everything on the property that you need for a short or a long stay.
There is even a Peloton, two yoga mats and couple of yoga blocks in the living room!
Soft towels, beach towels and some beach chairs that you can take to any beach.
Pool is on a smaller side but we never had anyone else around when we were using it, so it feels like it’s private.
This villa/ condo is on the first floor. Great sea view from the living room.
There is identical property on the second floor and studio with the insane balcony and views on the top floor.
Really quiet neighborhood, except lots of gorgeous peacocks walking around making funny noises.
We loved it so much that we are sure that we will be back here in a few months:)
