Overall it was one of the better properties we have rented in MB. That said the bedroom carpets were extremely dirty.

I loved the room, however, you should be able to get more than 2 passes for parking. Especially when you have 3 families in a 3 bedroom

First arrived very hot 80% avinualy it cooled down to 73 when the sun went down. The future was outdated very uncomfortable and mattresses on the beds were very hard didn't get much rest
