- This property offers a step-free entrance via a ramp on the side of the home, and there is a bathroom and a bedroom on the 1st floor. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require stairs
- The WiFi at the property is satellite-based, and speeds are highly subject to weather, number of users, and overall demand
- For an optional fee of $75, guests can use the community private boat launch adjacent to the property. The fee should be collected at least 24 hours prior to check in so that guests can gain access to the boat launch gate key. Please reach out to the owner if you are interested in using the boat launch

Camera 1 is located on the back of the house and faces the yard, camera 2 is located on the front of the house and faces the parking area, camera 3 is located on the shed and faces the house and driveway, and camera 4 is a Blink doorbell camera located by the front entrance facing out.
