A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The deck was on maintenance at the time of visiting but overall great experience. All tools including kitchenware are also great

I read current review about golf cart issues and pool keys. I contacted vacasa the day before we left and confined the issues were fixed. I did not want to drive 7 hours to arrive with problems...well that's not what happened. The main reason we booked this unit was for the golf cart but when we picked it up it did not have functioning brakes or brake lights. This is extremely dangerous, so I contacted vacasa and was told my concern was passed to local team. I never heard anything from anyone. The pool key is not labeled and supposedly attached to cart key but that key did not provide access to the pool so we could not use it. I thought gym was also included but when my daughter tried to go she was told she had to be a member. The amenities were the reason we chose this unit only to be disappointed. I expect a refund for non operable golf cart at the very least. The unit is comfortable and proximity it great but it needs a few items that are essential in my opinion: the kitchen has 5 forks, 4 are child size. 3-4 spoons, no pot holders or trivet, no baking sheet. The oven does not shut completely (it seems like it does but the light comes on). The floors in the bathrooms are dangerously soft. I am not a big person at all and I was worried the floor would give way in front of the tub. There are 2 brooms but no dust pan so trying to clean up sand was a challenge. I addressed all issues as soon as discovered and vacasa was quick to respond by text but NOTHING was done to fix the issues while we were there. If these issues are addressed the unit would be great but until that is done I would not book this unit again. The area is wonderful but this unit needs work and access to amenities to be rectified. This was our first trip to the area and I'm a bit disappointed with our stay.
