Built in 1895, this fully restored 2 bedroom 1 bath home is perfect for work and play in Provo. Pet-friendly with a beautiful fenced yard. Private parking. Huge Flatscreen TV. Full kitchen. 12' floor-to-ceiling. Work desk with 27" monitor with HDMI hookup. Super fast and reliable internet service. Stayed in Mark‘s place for two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The house was charming and had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, laundry facility and nice little extra supplies in the bathroom. The location was perfect for grocery shopping and daily outings of hiking in the mountains. Didn’t get a chance to go to the lake but it was close by.If you’re in Provo, I highly recommend staying at Mark‘s. Super comfortable and a beautiful building!

We booked this property because of the yard for our pups. It is a shared yard. This was never disclosed. The other tenant routinely disrupted our yard time. We have one very skittish dog and this created a very stressful situation. Also word of warning to pet owners with skittish pups, there is constant traffic and train traffic. The home is less than two blocks away from a train crossing. This is continuous throughout the night. The location is convenient but not worth the constant traffic at night.The good points. Owner was responsive and check in and check out was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. The living room furniture was uncomfortable making it hard to relax. The house is very cute with tons of character. The yard needs to be divided. At one point the gate on the other side was not latched which made us paranoid about leaving our pups out without us being out there with them.
