About this apartment rental
Welcome to The coastal seahorse. Come relax in our lovely 2 bedroom apartment!! We are only a 5 minute walk to the beach and are nestled between the iconic cocoa Beach Pier and Port Canaveral.
Able to sleep 6 guests, featuring smart TVs, a full kitchen, onsite laundry, and a secluded backyard with a newly installed pool within a gated quadplex on a quiet street.
With two parking spots available , this apartment is the perfect place for families and guests with more than one vehicle.
The coastal seahorse features modern and clean accommodations throughout.
Bedrooms and bathrooms: There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. We also have a full pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two more guests in the living area. Enjoy a bright, updated bathroom as well.
Kitchen and Dining: The unit features a galley kitchen with everything you need to suit your needs. The dining table can be folded neatly into the wall and seats 4. There are 2 additional bar stools and a counter bar.
Living: Wi-Fi and Hulu is included and you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies.
Ocean access: You are just a few minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean.
Laundry: Take care of all your laundry needs with a full washer and dryer located in building 289.
Parking: There are two parking spots that are spacious enough for larger vehicles. Always a great benefit!
Guest access
If you plan on staying near your condo, we suggest either walking or using a car ride service. If you plan on seeing all that Brevard County has to offer, we suggest bringing or renting a car.
Other things to note
1. Keyless access to the unit will be communicated through the app just before check-in.
2. We stock the unit with some initial essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc) so you will want to purchase enough to cover your stay.
3. One parking spot is provided. Please park in the spot nearest to your unit. Contact us on the app if you plan on having more than one vehicle.
4. Keys will be provided for the pool, and the Guest Manual will contain the key code for the communal laundry room.
5. Lost keys will incur additional fees, as will damages to the unit.
6. All guests must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.

A fairly short walk to the beach, restaurants, entertainment. The yard needs a new fire pit but all fenced and secure. There is a community center across the street with walking paths. I had a very peaceful time.

Basically, you get what promised and the pictures aren't deceiving. Location was nice and we were able to walk to the beach and a local restaurant for breakfast. The host was very responsive and the place was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .

The host thought of everything. The rooms were well decorated. Furniture was very inviting & comfortable. Our host was quick to answer our questions. I would recommend this VRBO for adults.

I normally do not book things without reviews, but I had a good feeling about this place. Upon entering, instantly we could tell how nice the place was going to be. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We didn’t cook while there, but I checked the utensils, pots and pans, and there was plenty of cookware. Rooms had comfy beds and everything was new. Genna was so lovely to communicate with and very prompt with her responses. I would definitely come back!! Thank you Genna!!!!
