You’ll have the entire house to yourself — featuring 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a queen air mattress for extra guests. The home is centrally located in the Shelby Park / Germantown neighborhood, putting you within minutes of Louisville’s best attractions, restaurants, and nightlife.

On occasion — usually due to weather or air traffic changes — flight paths may shift temporarily, causing planes to pass overhead during the day or night. This is not the typical flight pattern and usually only lasts for a day or so. If this happens during your stay, you may wish to use a white noise app for sleeping comfort. Earplugs are also provided for your convenience.
Other Details to Note:
Please use the backyard and grill all you want. Please also clean the grill after use. No digging by dogs, please. If you are accompanied by your pets, you are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste in the yard. Please place in a baggie and into the black trash bin located in the alley just behind the house. Any fee charged by the lawn service for your pet waste removal will be passed along to you. IMPORTANT: The rear entrance/exit to the house does NOT have a handrail due to some updates coming in the spring. If you or someone in your group relies on a handrail to ascend/descend steps, please do not use this door. You can access the backyard through the side gate. Please also be very careful on the back patio. It has some cracks and is uneven which can make it hard to navigate for some. There is also a drain that, if covered by leaves, may be hard to see and can be a tripping hazard.
