We were working in the Altadena area after the fires in January so our work crews needed a place to sleep and store their company tools/supplies. The house was perfect as everyone had their own space. Never got to use the pool as it was a bit stormy while we were there. Property was clean!

Clean but a bit outdated for my taste but everything listed was there. Only one TV and with teens that was a bit of a challenge.

We just left this property today, and I would definitely stay there again. We had 9 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Both the living room and dining rooms had enough seating (we did bring in 1 more chair to the dining table). Comfortable beds, 3 baths, wonderful walkable neighborhood…it was so nice. Of course, a couple of minor cons: blinds were a little wonky, and the largest bedroom didn’t have easily accessible outlets to charge phones. We used portable chargers instead. Perfect location for Rose Parade events.

We needed a place that was single level for my in-laws joining us for a graduation celebration. Though, the house has some outdated features, we found it comfortable and perfect for our quick weekend. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the neighborhood on Saturday, the Starbucks just up the street and saw Delmonicos restaurant had large family seating, for big groups looking to gather.

Nice neighborhood, a short walk for morning coffee to Starbuck's, a yummy donut shop, and one night to a fabulous steak house restaurant. The house is older, and could use a some updates, (i.e.new blinds would be nice), and side tables in living room would be nice, but it is clean and comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay. Lots of bedrooms for bigger group of people. Clean quiet place. Market is walking distance for the place. Dont look for costco or Walmart for groceries, baja ranch is walking distance from the place, they have everything you need. I will book this place again.

This is a nice place with easy proximity to freeways. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores for grabbing necessities. The house is well kept and a good layout for how many people it can sleep, lots of bathrooms and space to spread out. Listing says whirlpool, but theres not. Given we had small kids along for the trip we ate more meals at the house rather than out and there were only 8 sets of dish ware so we were doing a lot of dishes-seemed odd to advertise a house with such a high capacity but so limited on kitchen tools and utensils. The sheets were cleaned with a heavy dose of bleach, we could smell it on our pajamas when we woke up. Beds were varying firmness levels, I guess that’s nice for people that are particular and want to choose a room by that detail. Overall I’d stay here again if I was going back to the same area.

Honestly this house was okay, but there was a couple issues we had with it but we tried our best to not let it bother us. First the floors make a lot of noise when you walk, the kitchen is old looking. The other two rooms was further then the rest, in that side their was another room that they blocked off, their was a couple rooms that were locked that was a little creepy. The main room that we stayed in got floded while we were sleeping, apparently the toilet got clogged. We had to wake up at 3am to clean the water, we contacted the property manager and she was a great help and got someone over to fix the issue, we also got refunded for that night. OVERALL, the stay was okay…

This property was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space. We had all ages from toddlers, kids and teens. I’ll give you the good first, there was definitely enough space the bedrooms were roomy and there was even an extra air mattress, the location was in the center of all we planned to do Hollywood site seeing, Disneyland, universal, LA, Santa Monica beach, Knox berry farms. The host was quick to respond with any questions. Now for the “bad” because I know those are the reviews I look for, You can’t swim after 8pm which was a bummer when we wanted to swim without kids, and although the property is centrally located California is the land of traffic, so it did take a bit longer to get places then we anticipated. Overall it was a wonderful stay, I would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased with the property. It had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the kitchen was completely stocked with all the dishes you could need. Audrey was very nice and very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this property to someone who is looking in the L.A. area. Very close to everything!!!

The house was very spacious. It was enough room for my family of 9. The pool was a excellent! We cut our day short at Universal to spend the rest of the day utilizing the pool. Only a couple of things that could be improved. The board games were missing some pieces so we weren’t able to use them. The propane tank for the outdoor grill was also empty. It would have been nice if it they had a full one ready to use. Other than that, the house was great. I would definitely come back again.

The home was very spacious and had enough bed to fit my entire extended family. It was in a great location since we were going to both Disneyland and Universal Studios and wanted a rental in the middle of both parks. We had the pool all to ourselves (wasn't sure if it was part of the community complex). The only downfall of the house was that the floor was dirty! We honored the notice by the door to remove our shoes after entering the home but by the time we got ready for bed, the bottom of our feet were super dirty. Overall, the house was great just wished the floor was cleaner to walk barefoot on.

Have a great time in this house. It was big enough for my five kids, two in-laws, five grandkids and myself. Yes, Lucky 13. It's about a 30-minute drive to Disney as well as a 30-minute drive to Universal, no matter which one you want to do.

This home was a spacious clean home. It was close to shops and not far from everything that California has to offer. I stayed with my family and there was ample space and rooms for everyone. I would definitely look to stay here again. The host Audrey was attentive and helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The. Pool was clean and ready .

We came to work the NASCAR race. Myself and 9 team members stayed in the home. Very comfortable, nicely stocked with essentials, and very responsive owner. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we are back out this way again . I highly recommend this home.

I strongly recommend this place it has this warm feeling of coziness I like the fact that it's away from the Main Street so is very quiet very suburb I love it I've never wanted to leave so I strongly recommend this place for anybody that wants to get away and have a great time with their family this will be the place .PS the host is awesome always attending to all your needs I love it .
