Welcome to our newly renovated home located on a quiet street in beautiful Monrovia. Our home is centrally located in the San Gabriel Valley, close to amazing retail and dining. It is less than 30 min away from all LA area attractions—Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios. Less than 5 mins away are grocery stores, shopping, and hiking trails. Monrovia is a scenic and charming town located off historic Route 66. Enjoy Friday evening farmers’ market with live music and entertainment.

We were working in the Altadena area after the fires in January so our work crews needed a place to sleep and store their company tools/supplies. The house was perfect as everyone had their own space. Never got to use the pool as it was a bit stormy while we were there. Property was clean!

Clean but a bit outdated for my taste but everything listed was there. Only one TV and with teens that was a bit of a challenge.

We just left this property today, and I would definitely stay there again. We had 9 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Both the living room and dining rooms had enough seating (we did bring in 1 more chair to the dining table). Comfortable beds, 3 baths, wonderful walkable neighborhood…it was so nice. Of course, a couple of minor cons: blinds were a little wonky, and the largest bedroom didn’t have easily accessible outlets to charge phones. We used portable chargers instead. Perfect location for Rose Parade events.

We needed a place that was single level for my in-laws joining us for a graduation celebration. Though, the house has some outdated features, we found it comfortable and perfect for our quick weekend. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the neighborhood on Saturday, the Starbucks just up the street and saw Delmonicos restaurant had large family seating, for big groups looking to gather.
