Thank you, we had a wonderful time and the house was huge, great for families! A few minor suggestions: 1) Hooks in the bathrooms would be very nice for towels, swimsuits, etc. Otherwise, the bathrooms are nicely remodeled! 2) There are open containers of mayo, salad dressing, and other condiments in the cupboard that should’ve been refrigerated. I’d suggest throwing them out to avoid food borne illnesses. 3) Being able to treat the hot tub after several days use would be nice. It was looking pretty bad after 3 days. 4) The WiFi in the welcome letter (homecation) could not be found, but we easily found and connected to the Harmonyvilla. 5) Potentially bed bugs in some of the beds? A lot of our guests noticed little black things in bed and brushed away, but now have bites all over them...

The house was easy to find. It was very spacious, very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 10. Though we did not need it the house is fully wheelchair accessible. Every thing was in very nice condition. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything was clean and wonderful and we couldn’t have been more happy with the house. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and my parents and siblings all stayed together here. Host was attentive and communicative and very easy to work with. Will most definitely come back here someday!

Appreciate the stay, The house was very spacious definitely accommodated. Our party of seven probably could fit up to 10 people being adults. The house is very clean. Loved touches like shampoo soap and some condiments were provided the most comfortable bed for sure. Was the Cali king the other beds slightly stiff for my back. Definitely good for a families had all the necessities to cook or barbecue. The hot tub is clean and ready for us and the host was very responsive with anything we needed and followed up which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is very safe and liked that target and other eateries were around the corner location just right off the highway to navigate to the destinations we needed to go. Definitely will book again next time we're down in LA about 45 minutes away from the airport with traffic and same to Disneyland a very accommodating centralized location. Appreciate you jaime and the touches you did in your home to make us feel like we are home.

Our family had a great time at this house. The only thing that bothered us on arrival was that the house had a strong smell of floor cleaner/wax. The owner was responsive about this and we were told that it's been a while since the floors were done and suggested to light up candles. Didn't really bother us that much the next few days. Overall, our family had an awesome time.

Host was very friendly and warned (apologized) us about a couple minor things that were still being repaired but did not in any way affect our stay nor enjoyment. We very much enjoyed our stay in the home. It was clean and had room for group. The clothes washer didn't work great but was functional and parking was a bit congested. We had to park on the lawn which was recommended. Overall we were very happy with the home and would stay there again in the future.

This property is spacious with plenty of open area for dining, socializing and watching TV. Several bedrooms made sleeping arrangements easy. Be aware that the mattresses are very firm and bed pillows are very soft. Expect a minimalistic approach to accommodations: no extra blankets for beds or couches, no ice in freezer nor condiments in fridge. There is an opportunity for a good dusting throughout the entire house, but the house was definitely tidy. Detergent, blow dryer & iron is available! USB ports built into night stands made charging easy. Quiet neighborhood. Great location with easy drive to LA, Hollywood, etc. Overall wonderful property!

I was truly satisfied we my stay, the house was very spacious, each room was nicely decorated, kitchen was well supplied with what we needed to prepare meals, cooking out back on the grill was pleasant, has very nice sitting area. The beds are full and not queen. I feel like it needs more than one full bodied mirror in the house and more than one television, one for the adults and one for the children to play their games. Other than that I was pleased and would stay a this location again. Thank you!!

This property was the perfect place for myself, my brothers, and some friends to call home for a few days. The living room and kitchen area are open and very spacious. There are plenty of private bedrooms, another room with 2 large bunk beds, and three bathrooms available, which was perfect for a larger group like ours. Tammy was a very gracious host, and promptly responded to all communications on checking in and out through the vrbo app. I highly recommend this home for any groups traveling in the LA / Pasadena area looking for a comfortable stay.

Myself and extended family had a great time staying at this great house. It was able to accommodate our large group with room to spare. The house was in a nice neighborhood, with decent size rooms, and comfortable beds, which easily fit the family. As a family, it was a space where we could come together and relax and enjoy ourselves. The host was great at communicating and answering any questions I had prior to travel. I would highly recommend it, especially if you are in a larger group.

This was a great stay for my family coming in from all corners for a funeral. We had 3 kids age 8-11 and I’m grateful they wanted to read and play board games since it was raining so much. My adult siblings and their spouses all had room to themselves, my family of 4 used the bunk room and it was perfect. Great social time in the main space - plenty of room to have smaller grouping conversations in living room, at the dining room table, at the breakfast bar and at the smaller table without everyone talking all over each other. We bought charcoal and made a feast with the barbecue, plenty of dishes and utensils to take care of everything. Host was very easy to reach with a a few questions, including a phone call offering to come over for a hiccup with the steam shower. Parking was a bit odd but we only had 2-3 cars in the assigned parking and my SUV which we mostly parked on the street besides the no parking morning. This was a great choice for a very nice place to stay together and have some sibling time. We would happily choose to stay here again!

We came as a group for a work training- was perfect space providing enough privacy for each of us yet had a lovely common area large enough to meet together. Wi-fi was reliable and fast which was us a must for our group as we were there for work. Close to delightful restaurants and a great park.

Everything is good except the bedding. Theres no comforter, it’s just a think cover with a rag which was tough like a rug. It’s very worn and it felt dirty. There’s no queen beds, they’re all double beds when advertised as queens. The spring on bed in the 1st bedroom was making noise even just making a turn. I asked other guests and they said the same about the bedding. We didn’t cook so no comments for kitchen. Everything else is ok.

The house appears small from the outside but it’s very roomy! Large open common areas. Master bath is great with a steam shower. Kitchen is well equipped with quality pots, pans and a air fryer. Beds are listed as queen but are actually doubles. Was surprised by the $30/night extra for guests over 9 persons(house listed to sleep 14) didn’t see it clearly listed in rental information

Overall Truc’s house was a very nice place to stay for our family during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is very spacious with nice bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms for 8 of us, and a generous kitchen and common area. The house was very clean. The host was very responsive with a request to change a burnt out lightbulb in one of the bathrooms. One thing that did not match up is that the listing says each bedroom has a queen sized bed but in reality they are all full sized. We also had some pre check in issues where the host sent us some house rules at the last minute that she wanted us to agree to. We had some back and forth over this and eventually came to an agreement. Overall we were happy with Truc’s home and we enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Truc's home in Rosemead was a good base for a group of people attending a music festival in Pasadena. The house has many bedrooms and bathrooms, which we appreciated. My main issue with the house is that the bedroom and en suite bathroom had a very significant ant problem.
