Casa da Burra is a romantic one-bedroom cottage ideal for couples. This cozy little house is surrounded only by birds and trees and features extremely comfortable bedding and a kitchenette.
A small, exquisite breakfast featuring fresh fruit, several types of bread, homemade jams, tea or coffee, and homemade pastries is delivered every morning. A wonderful homemade dinner can also be delivered daily upon request. Guests can also choose to explore the surrounding area on our electric bikes.
Nestled in Quinta Velha—two hectares of lush private forest—Casa da Burra is completely surrounded by the Sintra Mountains, offering plenty of space for our guests to explore and immerse themselves in the magical beauty of Sintra. An oasis of inspiration, it now features a beautiful swimming pool for our guests’ enjoyment. It’s also just 1.6 km from the village, offering unique views of Pena Palace. We’re flexible regarding check-out times, subject to availability. Late check-in is available with prior notice for a fee of 20€. Breakfast and daily cleaning are included in the price. Guests have access to all our gardens. The host will inform guests of the property boundaries. Our houses are officially certified as “Clean and Safe.”
