About this house rental
Situated in the center of the beach town of Surf City, this grandiose oceanfront retreat with nine bedrooms and eight bathrooms is waiting for you to book for your next beach vacation. There are 6 king bedrooms and 3 bunk bedrooms with 2 sets of bunks in each room. This keyless, bright and cheery home sleeps 24 guests, has its own private swimming pool, a hot tub, two washers, two dryers, two dishwashers, an ice machine a wine fridge, an elevator for your convenience, and a private beach access. Walk a few steps to the white sands to watch the sun rise while the rest of the town sleeps. Stay at the beach all day long to sun yourself, stroll along the coastline, watch for dolphins, or try your hand at surfing with a board you rent from a local shop. Walk over to the Surf City Pier, drop in a line and reel in some Black Drum, then take it back to the house and create an impressive meal for your family and friends. Use the provided grill and propane to channel your inner gourmet chef to cook up your catch, or take it to the open-concept kitchen and watch the waves through the wall of windows while you create your decadent meal that you may complement with a grocery delivery. Maybe cooking is not part of your vacation plan, so go to town and find the perfect place to dine. Walk over to local eateries, bars, or breweries to have a romantic evening with your love, or spend your time hanging out with the friendly locals while you sing karaoke or listen to live music. In town you will also discover mom-and-pop shops, chain restaurants and stores you are used to, fresh seasonal produce and seafood stands, and rental establishments where you may rent a bike or even a kayak to explore the sound waters. Have your fun then saunter back to the house to sip wine on the deck while the waters calm, then turn in for the night and dream of your next day in paradise. Provided fresh linens will ensure a clean and peaceful night's sleep. Wake the next morning and watch the waves from your pillow, then begin another delightful day on Topsail Island.

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available

A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets

Awesome house with tons of room for everyone and amazing location right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the check in/out process was really easy. A few minor things we noticed: lots of the remotes didn’t have working batteries, several lightbulbs were out or missing, the downstairs dryer didn’t work, the hot tub did not work, not a big selection of stuff for the beach at the house-bring your own chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. overall however our family had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay.

My family and myself spent a long weekend at this AMAZING property! The house was beautiful and spacious & JUST PERFECT! The views from the bedrooms & main living space are breathtaking! Property is just a short drive to grocery stores & restaurants. Tracey goes above and beyond and kept us updated on the rental and what to expect. This was my first trip to Surf City and I can say with 100% certainty that I now have a new “Happy Place!” I highly recommend this property!
