Our family loved this house, and it is absolutely perfect for large families. It’s huge. The kitchen if large and very well stocked with everything you need. We did have problems with the elevator when we arrived, with the movie room and hot tub while we were there. They sent someone out to fix the elevator (but it stopped working again as we were leaving), fixed the hot tub, but were never able to get the projector working. Overall, we had a very good experience and have already booked again for next summer.

Beautiful home with gorgeous pool and ocean view. It has easy access to the beach. All the bedrooms were tastefully decorated and each had its own theme. It’s a great place for kids because it has a game room and a theater room. The Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, but we didn’t go to the beach for the Wi-Fi so it didn’t stop us from having a fantastic vacation. There is a beach hazard straight out from the house but we were able to avoid it and it caused no problems.

Our family has been enjoying visits to North Topsail Beach for the past several years. I must say, it will be hard to go back to anything less than what this house had to offer. Amazing access to the beach (although, make sure you have flip flops, the composite decking gets very hot)! Fantastic pool/patio area. We loved coming in from the beach and enjoying a few hours in or by the pool, splashing, grilling, playing cornhole or ladder ball, while others were a level up hanging out in the hot tub!
Great kitchen and dining room area. I hate to say it, but for those that have to work a bit while on vacation, this house offers a really nice office space just off the living room/kitchen area. Several of our family were able to utilize this space for the days they had to put in some remote work. The game room was fabulous. While we had a lot of issues with the theatre room, it could be a great amenity; especially if it ended up being a rainy week at the beach. The added extras that the owners include are so awesome as well; floating pool chairs and patio games as well as puzzles to choose from and there are more board and card games than you can imagine!
This property is a wonderful place to stay! Hope we can come back again.
