It sits in a peaceful, secluded spot in the mountains outside Rethymno, about 10 km from town and around 7 minutes by car from the sea. The whole villa is yours: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garden, a balcony and free parking, for up to 8 guests.
Villa Skantali is a modern two-storey villa with classic decoration, set in a peaceful, secluded spot in the mountains outside Rethymno. It suits families and groups of friends who want room, a pool and quiet, with the town and the coast a short drive away.
A private pool with mountain views: the swimming pool looks out over the mountains and the natural landscape, with sunloungers and outdoor seating around it, and you can watch the sun go down from the pool area.
Cosy indoors, plenty to do outdoors: an indoor fireplace with fireplace guards, heating and air conditioning inside; outside, exercise equipment in the outdoor gym area, an outdoor grill with barbecue utensils, an outdoor dining area and a garden.
The whole villa to yourselves: a private entrance, free parking at the villa, a balcony with a view and both floors for your group of up to 8 guests.

There are 2 bathrooms: one inside the villa and one outside, in the pool area. There is also an outdoor shower.
The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffee maker, plus cooking basics, kitchen utensils and a dining table. Also provided: a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, bed linen, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and body soap.
You have the whole villa to yourselves: both floors, the pool area and all of the outdoor spaces around it.

Good to know before you book:
- The villa is on two floors. Only one of the 2 bathrooms is inside; the second is outside, in the pool area.
- Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Keys are handed over in person at the villa, so please let us know your arrival time in advance.
- Quiet hours are 14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors only. No parties or events, and pets are not allowed.
- Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
- Maximum 8 guests. Unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted.
- A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in, as required by Greek law.
