Location is great for ski in ski out. Staff are very helpful, personable & professional.
The rooms are very tired and in need of modernisation.
The car park was not cleared of snow and ice making it very difficult to drive.

The staff were so hepful, very friendly. There was a snow storm and the staff helped us shovel the snow to be able to move the car.
The location is so convenient you can ski in and out of the slopes! Recommend including the buffet service because the food is great, lots of variety and tasty (the avocados are insane).
Loved the stay, will come back soon.

From my scores you can see not much.
Staff charged us again when we had already paid, which we had to point out and correct with them. The hotel was not full but we were ina room with no view. A bike team was staying there and they were looked after to the detriment of everyone else
