About this house rental
The Hochmoor Malerhaus opens up entirely new vacation possibilities alongside the Niedermoor Malerhaus, located right next door. Large families, multigenerational families, and close friends alike can enjoy each other’s company and spend time together across 110 square meters per half of the house, without having to sacrifice privacy.
Since there is no connecting door, the five-star-certified Malerhaus Hochmoor can, of course, also be booked individually. The houses are adjacent only at the utility room, and you won’t hear a thing from the neighbors unless you want to.
A fireplace, sauna, and a spacious terrace with a teak seating area and its own wicker chair are just a few of the oases of comfort in this Malerhaus.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite.
The lower sleeping area and the directly adjacent bathroom are also comfortably accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Exclusive amenities are standard here.
All rooms are lovingly furnished down to the last detail with furnishings of the highest quality: From cutlery to appliances to organic cotton blankets, you’ll find only high-quality brand-name products, complemented by custom-designed and handcrafted solid wood furniture and textiles.
The thoughtfully designed, comfort-oriented lighting concept perfectly showcases this hand-selected decor.
The attached Bike-Home houses the property’s own sun loungers and your electric grill, and of course, it provides a safe and dry place to store your bicycles.
All houses feature a unique atmosphere and an eco-friendly living environment thanks to the use of natural building materials such as thatch, wood, and brick.
In winter, you’ll enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating, which switches to thermal cooling in the summer. This is made possible by ecologically efficient heat pumps. Thanks to electricity generated on-site from wind – and solar energy, the entire Reetdorf is already CO2-neutral.
Every house in the thatched village has an open area of at least 1,000 square meters surrounding it. Each house comfortably accommodates at least two vehicles.
The spacious meadows between the houses are mowed only once in the fall and feature a rich variety of wildflowers and grasses. These provide a valuable habitat for butterflies and other insects.
