About this house rental
Conveniently location in Healy, just 12 miles from the entrance to Denali National Park with excellent views right out the window. The property is at the end of a road in a quiet neighborhood on just over 2 acres.
This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home has a full kitchen and great views. On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator with freezer, gas stove top & oven, microwave oven, toaster, slow cooker, coffee maker, pots & pans, cookware, utensils, plates & glasses. Have a family game night with a wide variety of board games available.
The second floor has a living room with vaulted ceilings and amazing views looking south to Mount Healy which is located inside Denali National Park. Lounge on our brand new sectional couch and watch your favorite shows on the 4K UHD Smart TV using your own logins for streaming services. Note: there are no TVs in the bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
All bedrooms and only bathroom are located upstairs. One bedroom has a California King. A smaller, cozy bedroom has one queen bed. And the third bedroom has 2 full size beds.
For larger groups or families traveling together, there are two other rental units above the garage. No guest access to actual garage or owner living quarters.
Property is in the process of renovating and redecorating. Furnishings and decor may be slightly different upon your arrival.
Guests will have access to the rentable home space via the front door, the driveway, and front yard. No access to garage or side 'back' door of house.
I live in a separate attached portion of the house with adjacent, shared walls and private entrance. There is no interior shared common space.
There are also two rentals above the garage. Driveway access is shared, but each have their designated parking area with plenty of extra room.
There are three security cameras outside overlooking the driveway and parking area.

The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 ( and could have accommodated more people), incredibly clean, great internet, and had a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare all meals. The host was totally responsive to all questions. The setting is gorgeous and very conveniently located to Denali National Park. We looked forward to coming back to the house after a day of hiking. We couldn’t have asked for more!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation as the location is near Denali. The house was very clean and the extra amenities was an added surprise. All of the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We will consider staying here again.

This property and host are AMAZING!!! It was like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, the entire house was immaculate, the area was quiet and peaceful. The smallest details were thought of: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q tips and cotton balls), plenty of towels (and hooks to hang them up to dry on), black out blinds/curtains, games, puzzles, coffee/tea/hot cocoa (with sugar and creamer), luggage racks in each bedroom, paper products, even a can of bear spray to borrow for hiking!

I highly recommend this house. It was clean and equipped with everything you can possibly need. It was a pleasure coming back every day after a long day outdoors and relaxing in this quiet and peaceful place. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
