28 m² apartment located on the 4th floor (with elevator), this charming, tastefully decorated apartment features :
- a terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the Round Rock,
- a beautiful living area with a top-of-the-range sofa bed (160x200cm) and a comfortable mattress (17cm thick),
- fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
- TV,
- direct access to the Sofitel hotel pool and spa (surcharge on site).

## Neighborhood
This beautiful flat is ideally located in the center, close to the beaches and the casino. You will be able to discover the city without taking the transports : the beach is 50m away, the Halles 10 min away, the Aquarium 15 min away. You will be in the middle of the city-center, and could enjoy all the shops and restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to surf, Biarritz beaches are renewed for this sport !

The accommodation is well served by a convenient bus network, a train station and an airport. You can easily get to Bayonne, Anglet and Saint-Jean de Luz.
