About this house rental
Welcome to your home-away-from-home in the sought after Villages at Ocean Hill! Just steps away from a private beach (2-3 minute walk), this home is the perfect gathering place for your family vacation or group gathering.
Watch the sunrise and listen to the ocean waves on the top level deck, sneak away to one of two private decks to sunbathe or dive into a good book, and catch a gorgeous sunset from the screened in patio. At night, take a dip in the lighted pool or soak in the hot tub.
This home has a reverse floor plan. The top level boasts a beautiful, modern kitchen, 2 dining areas, a spacious family room, master bedroom with private and newly renovated full bath and private deck, a powder room, and screened in patio.
The mid (2nd) level has 4 bedrooms, 2 full size, Jack & Jill bathrooms, and a washer/dryer located at the end of the hallway. A covered and shaded wrap-around deck is accessible by 2 of the bedrooms, as well as the stairs leading up from the carport. Please note that there are stairs to access each level.
Each bedroom has its own TV with a Roku or Smart remote. Here you can access several free channels and movies, as well as login to any streaming services that you are personally signed up for (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+).
In the first level entryway, you will find shelves and hooks to store your belongings, as well as board games, puzzles, and books. This entrance is located in the carport.
An outdoor shower and toilet are available in the carport, as well as laundry lines to hang wet towels and suits. Here you will also find a wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, and other items for a day at the sea.
Through the carport, you can enter the gated pool and hot tub area. A picnic table, gas grill, and sun loungers are available for use. The pool deck and pool can be lighted at night . The hot tub is available and maintained year round! The pool is open March-October. If you stay during the months of March, April, or October, you will receive complimentary pool heating. If you wish to heat the pool during your May-September stay, it is $45 per day.
A private basketball hoop is located in the driveway, and a community sand volleyball court is located in the middle of the cul-de-sac.
You will also have access to our neighborhoods' amenities, including tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, 2 community swimming pools, and a fitness center. All of these amenities are included in your stay as a guest at our property, with the exception of the fitness center. The fitness center is available to renters for a fee per day. There is also an option to purchase a full family pass to the fitness center for a week.

My family had a wonder time here. Could not have asked for better communication from the host. Property was as described in words and pictures. Everything was clean and ready for us upon check in. The hot tub was fantastic when the weather was cool. High recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful time in OuterBanks. The house was cleaned and very spacious. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub, and walking to the beach. The house was perfectly located in a culdesac that was walking distance from the beach. The owner was organized, efficient and thoughtful. Beach chairs, a tent, and pool toys were included which made traveling to the location very easy.Everyone in my family agreed, this was a great vacation and we would definitely stay at this location again!

Perfect house and location for a most wonderful family vacation! We loved how the nice bedrooms and bathrooms were located for our family of 11 here. Kitchen was very well equipped, and nice big table worked great!Nice TVs in the bedrooms were really appreciated by everyone.Outdoor pool was absolutely loved and used LOTS by grandkids (and some adults too)!Close beach location plus so many places to see, things to do, restaurants, beautiful boardwalk, and grocery storewere so great.Thank you so much for a fantastic stay and irreplaceable family memories!
