About this house rental
This newly reonvated and newly furnished single family home has 7 bedrooms with 7 queen beds across 3 floors! The home provides 2 fully stocked kitchens and plenty of gathering space for game night, meetings, conferences, and lounging. You have the convenience of a central location with the home being a quick 20 minute uber ride to downtown Chicago and a 15 minute drive to Ohare International Airport. We have multiple airbnb homes and know how to ensure a great stay for our guests!
The space
My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This home is situated on a residential street with a private garage and plenty of free street parking for your convenience. With comfortable and stylish furnishings, I want you to feel this is your HOME away from home. In addition I provide the following amenities to all my guests.
**Our commitment**
- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- A coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

- Luggage racks and hangers
Guest access
Guest will receive a keypad code (keypads are located on the door) and guests will check in on their own, no assistance or in person interaction is required
Other things to note
Unfortunately, during the pandemic, we had a significant rise in guests that want to rent the house for large gatherings / parties. Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all our inquiries contact us with details about their trip as we want to ensure our house aligns with your stay.
