Welcome to this newly renovated guesthouse in the heart of West Ashley. While staying in this adorable 850 sqft. home, you`ll fall in love with the newly redone kitchen featuring a cozy breakfast nook.

As you walk into the property you`ll be delighted to see the fully remodeled and open floorplan layout of the home.
You`ll sleep soundly at night with blackout curtains and comfy memory foam mattresses stocked in both bedrooms.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
As you pull into the driveway you will see two buildings. The main house (where I live) and the guest house in the back. You will be able to park 2 cars in the driveway. You will be sharing the driveway with the neighbor next door as well as the tenets in the front house, so parking can sometimes get a little tight.
I live in the front house of the property so I`ll be available if needed.
Please note: All guests are required to complete a quick identity verification through our secure partner, SuiteOp, after booking. This is required for our insurance and security compliance. Check-in details are sent once verification is complete.
Minimum age: The primary guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. Age is confirmed by ID verification before check-in.

We were very comfortable despite cold weather. Could not use yard because of weather. Very clean, well kept home.
