Cozy home is centrally located, in the heart of West Ashley, 5 mins to downtown, 18 minutes to the beaches and 8 minutes to the Interstate. Stroll over to a variety of restaurants, Starbucks or even Whole Foods if you decide to stay in and eat. The 8 mile Greenway walking trail is just across the street. This fully furnished home is ready for all your extended stay needs, including washing machine/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, patio area with table and chairs and fire pit. Enjoy beautiful Charleston with private parking and fully fenced yard, safe for children and pets. There is a $200 fee per pet once they have been approved.

A very thoughtfully updated home with all the conveniences. Fenced yard, perfect for our dog. I have stayed in many short term rentals, and it seems like there is always some little thing missing - a corkscrew or a bread knife. Not in this case: Sarah has thought of everything and was very helpful at all times. I highly recommend her place, especially for longer term stays.
