The heart of the home is a dramatic floor-to-ceiling glass wall that slides away to reveal a spacious 29’ x 13.5’ covered balcony. Here you can relax by the outdoor fireplace, enjoy cooling ceiling fans, and take in the views of the 6th hole at Desert Willows Golf Course and the Little San Bernardino Mountains. Because the balcony faces north, it remains shaded and comfortable throughout the day—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or stargazing at night. Two additional balconies provide even more opportunities to soak in the desert landscape.
Inside, the chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch stainless steel appliances, Calacatta quartz countertops, modern cabinetry, and a large walk-in pantry. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you’ll have everything you need. Dine at the 12’ island, gather around the indoor dining table, or take your meal outdoors on the balcony. A barbecue is also available for al fresco cooking.

- Convertible 3rd Bedroom: Full-size bed with privacy sliding blind.
All beds feature soft linens and comfortable mattresses. A tankless hot water system ensures unlimited hot showers.

The condo is very clean, well furnished, stocked with all you need and the view is awesome. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are great. The gym and pool are close and convenient. Lauren responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to stay here again in the future.

We loved the condo! It was just beautiful and comfortable. The Palm Desert location was very close to El Paseo restaurants and shopping. And, the grocery store was less than a mile away.
Lauren was wonderful to work with. She greeted us at the condo with a wonderful basket of treats.
And, games and cards for the kids.
My only complaint was the weather! Cold and cloudy most of the month of February! Never have we had weather like this before in PS. Oh well, still a beautiful place to visit.
