We just stayed at this home for 5 nights. This property was superb. Coming from all different areas we were able to be together as a family. The home is spacious inside and out. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful with all the amenities needed. The outdoors was absolutely wonderful. We were able to play pickleball each day and basketball. We used the pool and jacuzzi each day. The kids played in the game room and outside on the grass area. The kitchen had everything we needed both inside and outside by BBQ. We used the washer and dryer as well. Each day we received a text from property management for any needs or questions we had. If you are thinking about renting this home definitely do it. It made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

We enjoyed the home very much. We are a group of men who play tennis and other sports, and the pickleball court, ping pong table, corn hole game, and game room were used extensively. The grounds are like being at a resort and worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend this home!

My family, my parents, my sister and her family (10 adults including four late teenagers) all met in Palm Springs just prior to the holidays. This was the perfect property for us. The house was spacious, including the Casita, and was perfect for a larger group like ours. There were plenty of beds, bathrooms, and TV's. The outdoor space was a major factor in choosing this property. The grill, firepit, and patio were wonderful, and although we did not use the pool - it did look nice, the spa was always well heated, and the pickleball court was a major highlight for us. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood and centrally located. The management company was always available and responsive. This is a great property and I would 100% stay there again if I return to the area.

The property was perfect for our family and our plans. The property description was very accurate. I do recommend that you add into the description that the cost to heat the pool is $200/day. Also, recommend cleaning the tile floors between visits. Close to zoo and tramway which were really fun experiences.
