About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the second floor of a building (with an elevator) in the heart of Udine, a 12-minute walk from the Castle, and 10 minutes from Via Mercato Vecchio and Piazza della Libertà.
With 50 square meters of space, it accommodates two people in one bedroom.
In a central area of Udine full of restaurants, bars, and pharmacies, just a few minutes by car from the hospital and all the services offered by this Friulian town.
Paid parking at Magrini, a 6-minute walk away, or on the street (also paid).

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:
- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
- From Venice Airport, the most convenient way to reach the apartment is by taxi or car (122 km – 1 hour and 22 minutes).
- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from Trieste Aeroporto Station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to Udine Station, from where you can continue on foot (24 minutes) or by bus (13 minutes) to the apartment.
- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via bus lines 1, 2, or 3, which stop at Via della Vittoria, a 5-minute walk from the property.
- If you’re traveling by car, to get to Udine, take the A23 Palmanova-Tarvisio highway from Venice or Trieste; from there, the roads leading to Udine are the SS13, SS54, and SS56.
PLEASE NOTE:
By municipal ordinance, access to the area is restricted to EURO 0, EURO 1, EURO 2, and EURO 3 diesel vehicles from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily; there are no restrictions for vehicles meeting EURO 4 standards or higher.
Paid parking is available in the blue-line zones on Via Lodovico Uccelliss (€1.50/day – 7-minute walk) or Via Deciani (NOT guaranteed), or, also for a fee, at the following parking facilities:
- Piazza I Maggio (outdoor): at a cost of €1.50/hour, an 11-minute walk from the accommodation
- Multi-story parking garage in Piazza I Maggio: at a cost of €0.70/hour, an 11-minute walk from the accommodation
