Within a 10-15 minute drive, you can visit Lugano centre, the Olive and Gandria trail as well as the sunniest summit in Ticino, Monte Brè.
The centrally-heated apartment is located on the first floor and enjoys lift access. A shared swimming pool, and sauna, as well as private open-air dining with stunning views, further sets the scene for absolute moments of comfort, fun and relaxation. The garage is located on the right and it is recommended to open both garages, drive forward in the garage on the left, reverse in a straight line and then enter the other garage (on the right) driving reverse. This procedure is highly recommended if the car is longer than a city car.
