5 bedrooms with guest house

Comfortable home, good clean space. Manager very responsive - good value for 4 bedrooms!

House is very spacious. Recently renovated & most of work is complete. Minor finishes still to be done. No backyard, just a very small concrete patio & an upper deck which I would assume will be renovated next. Adorable separate cottage. Property manager was friendly & took care of most issues that we requested. Hot tub was unusable; dirty, lid split open so don't know what was in there other than all the sand we saw. We were too scared to look closely. It obviously had not been cleaned. Outdoor BBQ was dirty from previous renters & dirty utensils left on side. No propane tank. Manager had a crew bring a tank of propane & they cleaned bbq but left dirty utensils. Smoke detector was beeping. We bought battery & changed it, but still beeped. We were told to disconnect it by property manager, but then other room beeped. Manager told us to turn off breaker for smoke detectors & a crew would come next day. Detectors were still down when we got back to house next day. Looks like they recently did a popcorn ceiling in kitchen & left splatter on island cabinets. No coffee pot in cottage. Overall, good property to rent & I'm sure the things listed will be taken care of as the house is new to VRBO. Would visit again.
