Newly renovated home in a quiet street in North Bella Vista! The home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, expansive deck with grill included, open living area, and laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with their own TV. The deck in back has outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet and a large picnic table. The carport has the best feature - a lockable 5 bike storage to keep all your gear safe. Of course, the house is located on the Back40 with a path to the Back40!

Well appointed, clean, comfortable, great deck overlooking the woods. Updated design, ample kitchen. Residence was just as cute as advertised. Will stay here again. Ben was prompt and very agreeable.
