Private, first-floor condo in park-like, gated community is a comfy home base while visiting SoCal. Close to Claremont Colleges, Ontario International Airport, Convention Center & Pomona Fairplex.
Centrally located to Big Bear, Disneyland, Orange County Beaches, Temecula & Apple Valleys. Target, Walmart, Costco, supermarkets, and a range of restaurants are within a 10-minute drive of the condo.
Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome for an additional fee. We have a fenced patio and walking paths within the complex (plus several nearby dog parks). Kindly pick up pet waste and keep pets off furniture/carpeted areas. We provide TV with Amazon FireStick and Roku Streaming to allow you to enter your own accounts but please remember to logout before you leave. No DirectTv or Spectrum TV provided.

Three family members came to town for my daughter’s graduation, and we needed separate beds. The sofa bed was easy to use and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The place was tidy and had extra supplies, like spices and condiments. Eric responded immediately to a question, despite the fact that we found all the answers in a notebook he leaves for guests.

The property was very clean. The property was well kept, lawns, scrubs etc. My wife said this was a delightful stay.

In town to visit kids in college at Claremont. Excellent property. Great hosts who were very welcoming and responsive when I had a question. The condo is in a safe, gated community. The community pool and spa are clean and very nice. The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed and towels and TVs in every room. We needed nothing more. I will be recommending this host's place to everyone I know going to Claremont/Ontario.

My 2 adult cousins and I stayed 3 nights. The 2 beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was ok. The apt is very cute, well furnished, nice patio, beautiful grounds. There’s a pool hot tub and playground but we didn’t use them. The neighborhood is perfect for walking -safe, low traffic, accessible. Only 15-20 minutes to Ontario airport and an easy drive. We’d definitely stay again. Eric was good to work with!
