➢ No cable TV provide in the house. However, there is a TV available for you to use with streaming services or to connect your devices or use your own account for entertainment.
➢ Pet-friendly! $150 fee per pet, per stay.
➢ Garage locked for storage (not accessible).
➢ Private laundry room is located outside the main house, fully accessible to guests.
➢ Trash day is Tuesday—please roll bins out if staying.
➢ The lawn care crew will comes by to mow the lawn on every Saturday.
➢ Look out for street sweep sign on the street for parking to avoid tickets
➢ Fire pit requires guest-provided charcoal.
➢ Split system works best at Cold ≥ 68°F / Heat ≤ 78°F.
➢ Some cell carriers may have weaker reception in the area.
➢ Stray cats may be nearby—please don’t be alerted.
