About this cabin rental
Stunning, secluded, custom built craftsman home with over 2 acres just north of the charming Village of Suttons Bay. Open concept living, Grande Hot Springs hot tub, outdoor fire pit, & main level master suite. Very close to wineries such as 45 North, Aurora Cellars, & Tandem Ciders. A short drive from the beach, TART trail, shops, and restaurants of downtown Suttons Bay. Feel the tranquility of Leelanau County while still being close to Traverse City, Sleeping Bear dunes, Northport, & Leland.
We will provide your personal passcode for the keyless door lock one week before your stay.
When you book a Traverse City Getaway home, you’re renting directly from a small, family-owned business that personally owns and operates all 15 of our homes.

1.2 miles from 45th Parallel Park/Beach along M-22. Property has a large, open yard surrounded by beautiful hardwoods. The neighborhood is rural and agricultural. We love this property because it is very private.
There is plenty of parking. The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate a boat trailer.
This house is perfect for bigger families, while providing some unique privacy for parents and couples. Enjoy rejuvenating in the Grande Hot Springs hot tub in the private backyard, relaxing on the expansive wrap around deck with gorgeous forest views, and making memories around the campfire, fireplace, pool table, and ping pong table.
Reverse Osmosis Filter provides you with pure drinking water at the kitchen sink... no need to bring/buy bottled water!
In this house, we have our favorite couch, our favorite mattresses, our favorite hot tub, our favorite dining room table, and our favorite ping-pong table. We love coming here to enjoy them and think you will too!

You will have ample parking in our driveway. We also have extra parking on the side of the garage. We have a 2 acre lot with lots of woods surrounding our place.
We do allow pets. We ask guests to pay an additional $60 per pet. Here are some pet rules we ask you to abide by:
– Housebroken pets only
– Please crate your pet if you leave your pet home alone.
– Please clean up in the yard after your pet.
– Please keep pets off of furniture, beds , and carpeted bedrooms.
- Please wipe their paws off before coming into the house.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered

I absolutely loved staying here. It’s close to everything but secluded enough to give you peace and quiet. The house had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!!

Our experience at the property was quite positive. It was clean and ideally located, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent. However, we noticed that the deck requires resurfacing, and the staircase leading to the basement lacks a handrail.

Therapy is the perfect home for a stay with a family or friend group. The kitchen is fully staged and has all you need to step into a great stay. Shopping ins close by and easy. The home is comfortable and welcoming with natural ( nature ) highlights that are wonderful. It is also a private location and setting which makes stay more welcoming. Games and pool table/ping pong and Hot Tub and Fire pit. Just the perfect place. Hosts are helpful as are in home guilds. Overall one of our best all around VRBO stays.

A great place located just a few minutes from Suttons Bay. Open floor plan and lots of space for a large family. Well stocked with necessities and such. Will definitely book again!
