Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer (70/30), washing machine and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. There is a highchair available and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Please note that this property does not have a garden, and though the stairs have handrails they may be considered as steep. Monteva is a well-presented holiday home in a convenient location.
