Outside there is a front lawn, a rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and a shed, and a private driveway with an EV charging point (£6/day or £40/week). This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.8 miles and a pub in 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available, stairgate installed to both top and bottom of the stairs. Zephyr is a wonderful base for a family break to Cornwall. Note: The property is located near to Culdrose airfield, there may be associated noise (occasional/rare, low-level noise).
