Deceptively spacious property in an excellent location. The furnishings and equipment were all excellent. Had everything we wanted.

The flat is very well situated on Mumbles Road and very convenient for all the shops and restaurants. We managed to find parking most of the time! The kitchen was very well-equipped and nicely done. The second bedroom, however, had no outside windows, and therefore no ventilation which made it quite stuffy in the hot weather.
