Beautiful views, big comfy rooms
I hated that they charge you for the hot tub usage - super expensive and the pool in not warm enough at night

Pool was refreshing with great views. Apartment was spacious. Nice countryside location with easy access to Montepulciano and Pienza.
Breakfast needed more variety with more options for fresh food, €10 p/p p/d was expensive for the choices. Apartment needs some freshening up, especially the bathroom. Our room
backed onto the road which was really noisy first thing in the morning and we had really noisy neighbours who didn’t seem to care what time of night it was.
