Located in the Périgord Noir, close to the Dordogne valley, its castles, the medieval town of Sarlat, bastides including that of Domme located 10 km away.
The property, full of charm and character, has retained its original stone walls and is furnished with elegance and comfort. "La Balade au Bois" is ideal for stays with family or friends. It is composed of 2 cottages rented together during the summer period (July and August) in order to
to enjoy a private heated swimming pool of 11m x5m and its "pool house" with deckchairs, kitchen, table and summer lounge, fridge, dishwasher, barbecue... La Balade au Bois is located in the hamlet of the cabins in Nabirat.The hamlet is quiet and inhabited, so it is necessary to preserve the tranquility of the place. The house "le Châtaignier" has 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are air-conditioned (1 double bed of 1.8m, 1 double bed of 1.6m, 1 double bed of 1.5m, 1 double bed of 1.4m and 3 single beds) and 3 bathrooms for a capacity of 10 people. The small house "le Noisetier" has a bedroom (1large bed of 1.5m) upstairs with its bathroom. Outside the summer period, you have the possibility to rent the Chestnut or the Hazelnut.In this case, the swimming pool is then for the Châtaignier.La pool is heated from May to the end of September and depending on the weather conditions. To make the most of your holiday, the beds are made on arrival and the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Amazing stay at Balade Au Bois! We loved the house and the pool. Kitchen was well stocked as was the outdoor kitchen. Owners on-site, helpful with any needs. Very lovely time in dordogne, plenty of fun activities for kids and adults. Thank you for hosting us!

What a beautiful house and pool. We utterly impressed by its exterior and interior. The owners live onsite in their own house but you wouldn’t know they were there but it was nice to know they were available.

The property is excellent for a large family group. The house is very well equipped and has been renovated very tastefully. The pool is amazing and there were a lot of things to keep the grandchildren entertained such as table football and table tennis.The property is very well maintained and the hosts were kind and helpful.We thoroughly recommend a holiday in this beautiful house.
