This is our second time staying here. We only stay over night, as it’s a half way point for us on our way to Vermont, but it’s perfect if you’re wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfy. There’s a cute little coffee spot underneath it that makes the best breakfast sandwiches and a solid cold brew. Communication is fast. There are quite a few stairs if you’re not looking to walk up to the third floor, but we think it’s totally worth it. ☺️

This was a very nice loft, had everything you’d need. Also in a very cool section of Utica. Place was super clean and owner was very available and helpful for any questions! A++
