Three well-behaved pets welcome. No smoking. Maximum occupancy of 14 adults plus 2 children, as the bunk beds are only suitable for children up to 10 years old. Strictly no stag, hen or similar parties. Recycling must be sorted correctly; charges may apply if not. A £1,000 housekeeping bond is required. Please note: There is a hot tub at the property; however, it has been decommissioned and is not available for guest use. It is not included in the rental price and does not form part of the property's advertised amenities.

Note: The maximum number of adults to stay is 14 and 2 children due to the bunk beds only being suitable for children up to the age of 10. The property welcomes family or residential holiday bookings. Note: No Stags/Hens or similar at this property. Note: This property cannot accept party bookings of any type. With two miles of beautiful beach, and a wonderful host of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants, it makes a wonderful touring base all-year-round. The towns of Pwllheli and Abersoch also lie within easy reach, with Snowdonia National Park slightly further afield for the ultimate outdoor adventure.
