a good balance of the price vs quality.

Amazing view. Host representative met us on our late arrival and helped to check in, it was very nice. Easy free parking compared to the rest of Paris. It easy walk to the metro, but takes ~1 hour to reach the center of Paris.

the building itself is kind of 50y+ old, and there are some smells in the public areas that are sometimes noticeable even inside of the apartment.

I was here for the architecture, and it didn't disappoint. How great to stay in a residential building that I have looked at in magazines and text books. The host was friendly, informative and helpful, and the interior of the apartment was also very stylish and well equipped. Great stay away from the centre of Paris.

Very comfortable apartment perfect for a family or with friends

I loved the fact that there was a bath and two separate rooms for me and my friends. Also from the balcony you could see the Eiffel tower every night light up so even if we didn’t see it in real life we saw it from the apartment. Also has many great facilities in the apartment and that all for a great price. Everything was very accessible like the metro. There was also a small mall next to the apartment with many stores and restaurants where I could even go to the local hair store to get stuff for me and my friends curly hair.

The dishwasher doesn’t fully open so i recommend being careful. The window shutters would become really loud if there was wind at night.

Superb

My children are very happy to be staying in the apartment as it is clean and well furnished. As the unit is on the highest floor, the view and wind makes it very pleasant to sit on the balcony to enjoy our meals there. It is also well equipped with the necessary appliances. The helpfulness and friendliness of our host Patrick makes a lot of difference to our stay too.

centralized location, spacious modern clean apartment, helpful host

the condo had a nice view and the location was good it’s about 45 min from central location on the train. it’s about a easy 10 min walk to the train. It has a bright look to it and very spacious.

I was with my family my only problem was I traveled with my clothes rolled up and it would be very nice if the place had an iron I didn’t have no way to get wrinkles out my clothes for the day

beautiful and clean, close proximity to lots of little shops and a bakery. The host, Patrick also went above and beyond to assist with our stay in France assisting with directions and and even an emergency, getting our passports to the airport after forgetting them in the apartment (facepalm) would recommend any day and every day!! Thank you so so much 🙏🏾.

Evimiz gibi, çok iyi ev sahibimiz.

2 çocuklu aile için yeterince geniştir. Temiz, düzenli tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Aldi market yakın, metroya yürüyerek 10-15 dakika. Kendi evimiz gibi hissettik, evde küçük ikramlar vardı. yemeğimizi ocak, fırın ve mikrodalga kullanarak yaptık. Banyo temiz, havlu şampuan vardı. Ev sahibi Patrik bizi kapıda karşıladı, Lyon Gar için ulaşımının için taksi ayarladı, sürekli ihtiyacımızı sordu, çok iyi ev sahibimiz idi.

Şehir merkezine biraz uzaktı. Tv box vardi ama biz açamadık.

Die Aussicht, und die Höflichkeit des Vermieters. Jedoch zu früh gefreut, u dann kam das erwachen.

Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Oder vergessen sauber zu machen. Wir hatten noch überall schwarze lange Haare von der Vorgängerin in der kompletten Wohnung . Die Küchengeräte sehr dreckig ( der Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine voll mit Ameisen u wer weiß wie alt das Wasser war. Im Schlafzimmer hinter dem Stehbild befindet sich Schimmel. Bad könnte auch eine Erneuerung bekommen. Man konnte sich einfach nicht wohlfühlen …. Preis -Leistung passt leider nicht

Appartement mit toller Aussicht in besonderem Gebäude. Sehr hell, geräumige Zimmer, bequeme Betten, zwei Balkone. Aussicht bis zur Stadt mit Eifelturm und Sacre Coeur. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Bad mit Badewanne, separate Toilette. Möglichkeit zur Benützung einer Einzelgarage. Hunde gestattet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Grünflächen direkt vor der Tür.

Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich verbraucht, leider war es, bis auf die frische bezogenen Betten, nicht sehr sauber. Kein Staubsauger vorhanden.

L’accueil du propriétaire est extra même quand on lui complique un peu la vie! Le résidence est bien sécurisée, l’appartement a son style bien à lui que nous avons adoré. Mention spéciale à tous les jeux de lumières! La vue panoramique est également magnifique

Si on veut chipoter on pourrait noter que le matelas a ressort d’une des chambres est moins confortable que l’autre et quel le canapé, qui bien que magnifique mériterait un petit coup de neuf.

Locația e liniștită, situarea la ultimul nivel contribuie la aceasta. Priveliștea și arhitectura sunt deosebite. Chiar dacă ora de check-in poate fi un dezavantaj, proprietarul a fost înțelegător și ne-a întâmpinat mai devreme. Un mare plus este garajul de la baza clădirii. O mașină medie încape, una mare sau SUV mai greu.
