Magnifique appartement très agréable avec une vue panoramique et vue de la Tour Eiffel. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L’emplacement est pratique et l’environnement est calme. Malgré la canicule nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur car dès que nous rentrions on ouvrait toutes les fenêtres et il faisait très bon car au 14 eme il y a toujours de l’air. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été simples et sympathiques. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Everything was perfect. Patrick is an amazing host, easy to talk to and incredibly funny🤗.. The communication was excellent. He exchanged before arrival via wassup and he waited for us by the apartment. It was very hot in Paris at the time, being on the 14th floor really helped. Easy transport links , RER and metro are close by.. Big shopping centre 10 mins away.. The flat is well decorated. Overall very happy with our stay. Will definitely recommend it to Friends/Family

Die Aussicht ist besonders schön.
Es war sehr kalt und eine kleine Stromheizung konnte nicht die Wohnung beheizen. Küchengerätschaften mangelhaft. Die Umgebung nicht zu empfehlen.
