Location is good as it's near the Metro station and grocery store around.
I wasted 1 day just to get the room in proper way, So if you are planning then have extra day in hand so as to get comfortable with the facilities provided or getting them by calling host. The Kitchen didn't have necessary utensils needed for stay , the Oven was dirty with a broken button (seems like never cleaned), utensils provided are so limited ( 2 spoon for 5 people, 3 cups with 1 broken) some of them are out of use but still provided with rusting on it. So overall if you are looking for kitchen then its not great. Washing Machine & dryer were so dirty that they still hold the lump of waste inside it coming out from cloths. The exhaust provided to the apartment have lots of dirt on there sucking window. Over all the maintenance of kitchen and home cleaning were bad to use them, if you are use to live & expecting a clean environment.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, in zona servita e con vista eccezionale
Gestore subito reperibile e rapido nel rispondere alle domande/richieste. Ci siamo accorti di non aver portato l'asciugacapelli e abbiamo mandato un messaggio se ce ne fosse uno nell'appartamento, dopo due ore ci hanno suonato il campanello con un phon nuovo! (ne avevamo appena comprato uno, ma giusto perchè ci servirà nella continuazione del viaggio:)). Appartamento confortevole, con letti comodi e con dotazione di lavatrice e asciugatrice (utilissime per noi). A due minuti a piedi dalla metro linea 8 (lilla) che in circa un'oretta porta direttamente in centro. E dal cavalcavia si raggiunge anche molto comodamente il centro commerciale, con tantissimi negozi e un grande Carrefour. Wi-fi gratuito e veloce. Vista impagabile del settimo piano.
La lavastoviglie, che abbiamo provato a far funzionare un paio di volte ma oltre al fatto che i carrelli non entrano bene nella loro sede, il getto non arriva in tutti i punti lasciando la polvere del detersivo sulle stoviglie. E altra cosa, che però non è ovviamente controllabile dal gestore, il rumore che inevitabilmente arriva dalla strada e che al settimo piano si sente parecchio, almeno per noi che siamo abituati alla campagna, ma ammetto che ci si fa l'abitudine rapidamente!
