Perfect for a short or longer stay in Aix for one or two people

A very cosy place in the heart of Aix

The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Communication was clear with the owner from the start and we found everything ready. Things we liked: Spacious studio apartment Fully equipped kitchen Washing machine Automatic blinds Comfortable chairs Amazing location Cosy balcony Value for money

- No AC (a small fan is provided but can get hot in the summer) - we didn't find garbage bags. - the TV is a bit outdated.

Très bien pour un petit séjour

Super rapport qualité prix. Logement bien placé et facile d'accès. BIen isolé, on n'est pas géné par le bruit de la route. Il y a ce qu'il faut pour dépanner pour la cuisine (huile/sel,sucre, ...) pratique.

Le rideau de douche n'est vraiment pas pratique.

Super studio à Aix Les Bains

Le studio est vraiment super sympa ! Tout y est, c’est bien situé et la vue de la chambre est géniale. Très bonne communication également.

Seul petit bémol : pas assez de serviettes et de papier toilette pour un séjour de 3 nuits mais c’est un détail.

Instructions pour l'arrivée, le stationnement et le séjour très claires et détaillées. Appartement lumineux, très propre, confortable et fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien. Très bonne réactivité de Laetitia. En résumé, excellent séjour. Je recommande.

Proximité du centre ville et des thermes , Très joli studio propre et confortable, très bien équipé.

Bruit de la circulation au bas de l’immeuble quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Pas suffisamment de vaisselles . Seulement deux petites cuillères , peu de verres , d’assiettes etc..mais ce n’est qu’un détail .

Des propiétaires à l'écoute, un logement confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé.

Laetitia et sa maman sont très aimables, très réactives et très arrangeantes, le studio, confortable et bien équipé est parfaitement situé pour une curiste : à moins de 20 mn à pied des Thermes et à 5mn des rues piétonnes du centre. La ville est très bien desservie par les bus urbains (lThermes, lac, Reward et tous les lieux touristiques). il y a un cinema d'art et essai à 10mn à pied et un joli marché animé, avec des prix abordables, en plus des nombreuses grandes surfaces. Avec la canicule, on peut aller se rafraichir soit en montant se promener au Reward (20mn de bus et 6 degrés de moins) soit en profitant des pelouses ombragées des bords du lac. Enfin le bâtiment dispose d'un local à vélo sécurisé. Bref, j'ai reloué derechef pour l'an prochain !

Très beau séjour de 3 jours.A refaire.

Joli studio très fonctionnel,dans un bel immeuble ; vue sur l'église Notre Dame et sur un beau jardin en façade. Gare Sncf à 10 mn.Thermes accessibles par escalier ou par chemin devant l'église. Proximité du centre ville .Tout cela à pieds.
