Good stay in Aix

Good location in the centre of Aix-les-Bains close to restaurants and other facilities.

location. the host was very helpful & nice.

3rd floor. no lifts. issue for elderly with suitcase. no parking facilities. Dusty in bedroom. curtain in bedroom need sorting. The key box is so complicated. it’s a big bunch of keys to go in a small box and located high up. bathroom lights were not working. reported. but not changed.

Fantastic place. I would definitely stay again.

The location of the apartment was superb. Right in the old part of town but set back so it was very quiet and peaceful. It was very well equipped. I like an apartment where there are little things like salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar. It is such a small thing but it makes a difference. The hosts not only left these things but also a welcome gift. The hosts were also very accommodating with my arrival time.

Due to the unseasonably hot weather, it was very hot in the apartment. I think there might have been something that could have been used as a fan but I wasn’t sure. Perhaps a small basic fan in the bedroom would be useful.

Comfortable stay.

Great location right in the center of the pedestrian zone at a quiet corner. Great to have a comfy sofa for reading. The kitchenette is well-equipped with all the basics. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Charming historical building with renovated compartment (flat in flat) (thus the soundproof may not be perfect).

The wifi signal is a bit weak unless you stay very close to the entrance. In the bedroom you may hear a bit noise from the street if the window is open. In general the flat is not very bright during afternoon as not much sunlight comes in. The TV is a bit small.

It’s not clear from the ad that what you are booking is a flat within an apartment of flats. The pictures on the booking site refer to all flats in the apartment. As I paid in advance, I would have liked to know which room number I was getting and see the pictures related to my booking. I was expecting a terrace, but I was not assigned the flat which had the terrace. This led to disappointment.

L'emplacement très central de l'appartement.

L'accès pas très facile, boîte à clefs à trouver au 2ème étage... L'appartement est intégré dans un palier où il y a plusieurs appartements, assez mal insonorisés, avec une zone commune. En l'occurrence on était pris à la gorge par l'odeur très forte du tabac, émanant des autres logements... Il est recommandé de tout bien fermer à clef pour des questions de sécurité, les portes ayant déjà été fracturées. Pas très rassurant!

L'emplacement très privilégié au coeur de la ville avec tous les commerces de proximité accessibles * Le centre ville piétonnier * l'appartement bien préparé avec le lit fait et les serviettes disponibles - comme à l'hôtel. * la terrasse de 30m² de l'appartement * la chambre indépendante du séjour * le ménage compris dans le tarif ; très apprécié lorsque nous devons reprendre la route

la liaison Immeuble rue des dauphin vers le parking Chaudanne - en piéton - non signalisée correctement mais : à cause de travaux immobiliers cette liaison est "perturbée" ; ce sera probablement mieux signalisé après les travaux. La circulation automobile - très dense - en centre ville dans les rues anciennes - non adaptées - à la circulation en double sens ( en plus des autobus )

Très bien pour un couple

Très bien situé au cœur des rues piétonnes avec un accès facile aux différents parking. Ce logement est très bien équipé et la literie de qualité. Le propriétaire met à disposition velos, machine à laver...

La pièce principale est étriquée. Difficile de poser ses valises. Si elle était ouverte sur la cuisine cela donnerait du volume.

3 semaines parfaites dans un tres bel endroit

bel immeuble avec grille et petit jardin tout au bout de l allee pietonne. à votre gauche le debut de la rue de Geneve. à cote d une grand place avec restaurants tres sympas. à 5 min le Casino Grand Cercle , l Hotel de ville et du tres beau parc nuits pas de bruit du tout. l appartement 26 tout equipe, tres propre

Situation de l'établissement au coeur d'Aix-Les-Bains, proche des toutes les commodités et des points d'intérêt. Communication excellente et réactivité des hôtes, livret d'accueil très complet. La mise à disposition d'un chariot pour les commissions (même si nous l'avons pas utilisé) ainsi que de vélos (même si nous les avons pas utilisés) est très appréciable. De même que la mise à disposition de quelques livres, jeux, et magazines: cela ajoute une touche très charmante au logement.

Ce ne sont pas des remarques négatives, mais surtout des suggestions d'axes d'amélioration: étoffer et/ou renouveler la vaisselle mise à disposition, la table à la cuisine n'est pas très stable.
